Q&A

Please be as thorough with your question as you can while also giving general information about your health history, current circumstances and concerns. If you would like to keep any of this information private, please let me know. I will write you back with any clarifying questions, and then I will conduct the appropriate research and write a blog post with my thoughts, ideas and recommendations.

I may offer tinctures, teas, oils and other nourishing supports to assist you with your transition to better health. You may buy these products from me, or you may choose to purchase them from a health food store or other local marketplace, or you may decide to go without them altogether. It is your right and responsibility to make deliberate choices about your health and you have my full support regarding your decision.

Please do not buy my products unless you feel that you would truly benefit from them. I am not conducting this process solely for profit, and I would not want you to buy anything out of obligation. A very important aspect of good health is the ability to say no! As a student, my knowledge of herbal remedies is limited. If a remedy is out of my scope, I will refer you to the most affordable, reliable source I can find.

I will never give advice unless I am fully certain of its veracity. I use a wide variety of resources to find the best answers for you. If a suggestion is experimental, I will make that very apparent.

An important part of this process is communication. Please let me know which suggestions you choose to try and what the results are like. Did it work? Do you feel better? Was it worthless? Did you experience side effects? These are important facts for me to know as I develop a relationship with these plants and the people who use them. If you have questions, if you are uncertain about anything, please don't hesitate to write or comment.
